Just Call Me "Sweetums"

My husband calls me cutesy little things like "dear" and "sweetums". I don't mind it, but I really don't like it. I don't want to be one of those "my cuddly umpkins snoogly woogly" kind of couples.

But then today, he tells me that there's a Sweetums on the Muppet Show...so, I google and well, here's the description from the Muppet Wiki.

"Sweetums is a grotesque, hairy ogre who towers above his human and Muppet co-stars. His bulldog-like lower jaw, thick eyebrows, shabby brown shirt, and threatening expression belie his more or less genial nature."

So basically my husband has been calling me a grotesque hairy ogre. Nice to know. LOL He said he doesn't see me like that. And he probably doesn't, but geez. So I'm some hairy beast? That does alot for a girl's self esteem!!
